About the role

As an Event Producer you understand the dynamics of live experiences, the complexity of technical production and the critical importance of precise timing.

You thrive on fast-paced environments, bold ideas and the thrill of bringing a vision to life. You know that a powerful live experience relies on precise timing, technical expertise and the seamless integration of all elements – creative content, technology, logistics, support services, guests, partners, and the project team. If a complex situation excites you rather than intimidates you, we want you on our team.

• Develop event visions alongside the creative team and ensure the creative idea is delivered as intended
  
  
• Test the feasibility of ideas and build a realistic production framework while staying within budget
  
  
• Lead collaboration with partners, technical teams and suppliers
  
  
• Support Project Managers in delivering the event as a cohesive whole
  

About you

• You have at least 2 years of prior experience as a Producer, preferably in events or in similar fields

• You have proven experience in the UK market with insight into local dynamics
  
• You have the competence to oversee and manage the entire event production – project plans, budgets, teams and external partners
  
  
• You can combine the technical, creative and operational elements into one complete ensemble
  
  
• You have a strong sense of responsibility, you are capable of working independently and seeing tasks through to completion decisively
  
  
• You have an eye for detail in production while maintaining a clear view of the project as a whole
  
  
• You remain calm and decisive under pressure
  
  
• You are a dynamic and creative thinker who adapts effortlessly to any situation
  
  
• You are foresighted, able to anticipate risks and ensure production safety through risk analysis
  
  
• You are fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  
• You are based in London and are prepared to travel to Estonia during the preparation period and for the event
