We’re looking for a Creative Director to join our team – someone inspired by international high-profile clients, standout events, bold ideas, wow-factor programs and strategic content. In this role, you are confident, proactive and ready to make an immediate impact, you’ll shape how innovative brands connect with people in meaningful and unexpected ways.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading creative projects from client brief to live event: briefing, leading creative meetings, managing designers, shaping ideas into presentations, client communication, pitching, collaborating with the project team, attending live events, and running project retrospectives
- Maintaining and developing high-quality client relationships
- Contributing creative ideas to other Creative Directors’ projects
- Collaborating with designers to create the best visual solutions for events
- Working closely with the Project Team to ensure that sold creative concepts are executed at their highest level
- Partnering with the Sales and Marketing Team to ensure Jolos stands out externally as much as it does internally
We expect you to have:
- At least 2 years of experience in advertising or event marketing in a similar role
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
- Strong ability to present and communicate ideas clearly while adapting communication to engage diverse audiences and foster understanding
- A talent for spotting trends before they go mainstream – and the courage to experiment with them
- Experience leading and guiding teams toward high-quality outcomes
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- You get bonus points if you have the ability to visualize your ideas using design tools
