Senior Project Manager

Are you looking for a role with serious impact?

Jolos is the event partner for current and future unicorns, ambitious teams, and those who shape the world around us.

At Jolos, things move fast and far. One day you’re in our seaside Tallinn HQ, building the technical plan for a 5,000-person conference. The next – you’re on a flight to Spain, scouting venues for a VIP partners event.

No two days are alike. Same goes for our projects – every event is a new chance to create something people won’t stop talking about.

You will not be doing this alone. Your safety net consists of a team of experienced event professionals trusted by some of the world’s most demanding clients. Our track record is backed by nine “Event Agency of the Year” awards in Estonia and multiple international BEA recognitions.

Senior Project Manager

This is not a coordination role.
This is leadership at the center of strategy, creativity, production and client trust.

Join our rocket ship!

🕒 Commitment: Full-time or part-time
📍Location: Tallinn, London or Stockholm (with the expectation of spending at least 50% of your time in Estonia)

This is a role for a true project leader who:

  • thrives in complexity, moves fast, thinks globally, and knows how to turn ambitious ideas into exceptional execution
  • will lead from the front and can see the full picture, owns the details, makes confident decisions, and keeps momentum high when projects get big, complex, and unpredictable. And trust us, they will!
  • will lead international projects from first brief to final delivery, working across strategy, creative, production, partners, and clients to bring bold ideas to life
  • is comfortable owning large-scale budgets (€1M+), navigating multiple stakeholders, executing creative ambition with production reality, and keeping teams aligned under pressure
  • will closely work with clients as a strategic partner, not just a project lead – building trust, challenging thinking when needed, and helping shape solutions that go beyond the brief
  • will be a key force behind the way we work internally: leading teams, driving clarity, solving problems before they escalate, supporting, motivating and mentoring less experienced project managers when needed

If you’re looking for comfort, this isn’t it.

You’ll fit this role if:

  • you are someone who knows how to lead when things get complex
  • you have spent 5+ years delivering demanding event or production projects and know what it takes to keep moving when timelines are tight, expectations are high, and there are a hundred moving pieces in play
  • you are a fast thinker who bring structure to a chaos
  • you are highly organised, commercially aware, strategically sharp, and operationally strong. You can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom straight back into the details that make the difference.
  • you can lead people and processes with confidence
  • whether it’s managing multiple workstreams, aligning stakeholders, solving problems under pressure or keeping teams focused through fast-changing situations – you know how to create clarity, momentum and trust around you
  • you communicate clearly, directly and professionally
  • people rely on you because you stay calm, make decisions and take ownership. You don’t wait for problems to solve themselves – you move things forward
  • you understand both sides of the table: what great execution requires behind the scenes and what clients expect to experience on the surface
  • you know how to balance creative ambition with feasibility, timing, logistics and budget – without compromising the quality of the final result
  • you have a strong ability to identify and anticipate risks early, create contingency plans and minimize potential issues before they impact timelines, budgets or delivery
  • you’re fluent in English, both written and spoken, any other languages are a plus
  • you know that travel, event weekends and the occasional long day around delivery aren’t exceptions in this role – they’re part of bringing exceptional work to life. And ideally, that’s exactly the kind of environment you enjoy

If you’re looking for ownership, scale, international projects, and a team that pushes hard and way beyond their limits for world-class work – then we should definitely talk.

Why join us:

  • Projects that actually matter – you won’t sit on the sidelines here. You’ll lead internationally visible projects, influence key decisions, and play a central role in shaping experiences for some of the most ambitious brands and teams out there.
  • Room to grow at speed – our reputation, international network and high-profile client portfolio open doors fast. If you’re ambitious and ready to grow, this is the kind of environment where strong people accelerate quickly.
  • A team that raises the standard – you’ll work alongside experienced producers, creatives and project leaders who care deeply about quality, collaboration and pushing work beyond “good enough”
  • International exposure and collaboration – from cross-border collaborations to projects abroad, your work won’t be limited to one market, one office or one type of challenge
  • Continuous growth and development – we invest in people who invest in the work. That includes training, learning opportunities, industry events and development experiences both in Estonia and internationally
  • A culture with energy and actual personality – we work hard, move fast but we also know how to celebrate wins. We create memorable moments through awesome team events and an annual team trip somewhere in Europe.
  • Tools and setup that support high-level work – you’ll have access to modern, high-quality tools and an environment designed for people who operate at a high standard
  • Compensation that grows with your impact – we offer a motivating salary and benefits package where growth is tied to contribution, performance and development, not just time spent in a role
  • Support for your wellbeing – private health insurance and Stebby wellness compensation are part of the package because sustainable high performance matters
  • A workplace you’ll actually want to be in – our seaside office in combines creative energy with one of Tallinn’s best locations
