While experience in the event industry is a plus, it’s not required – we’re more interested in your ability to sell, build relationships, and open doors in any B2B setting at home and abroad. Same with speaking Estonian:)

What you’ll do:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close with industry-specific insight from our premium experts.
- Use mostly outbound strategies to generate qualified leads in Estonia, Nordics, selected EU markets and specific client segments.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative and account teams in Tallinn to tailor inbound communication
- Engage C-level stakeholders and decision-makers across enterprise clients
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-ticket value clients
- Represent our awarded agency publicly with confidence and clarity in English. Estonian, Finnish or other languages are welcome.
- Use CRM and outreach tools (LinkedIn, Monday, Toggl etc) to track and optimise your workflow
You’ll thrive if you have:
- 5+ years of experience selling high-value B2B services (event, agency, startup or marketing experience is a plus, not a must)
- Solid skills in consultative sales – you don’t just quote, you co-create
- Confidence navigating complex buying teams and long deal cycles in an international environment
- Hands-on attitude with CRM, outreach tools and smart pipeline management
- Fluent English (Estonian, Finnish or other languages are a plus)
